That moment when your spectacular one night stand turns out to be your sexy, older new boss. FML.

Brantley Phipps doesn’t want a boyfriend. In his line of work, relationships are impossible. All he wants is one night of fun before he starts his ten-week rotation as assistant hotel director on a cruise ship.

He scores the jackpot with a hot older guy who hits all his yes, please buttons and who wants the same thing as him. Their chemistry is explosive, hot damn. Talk about a night to remember. That should last him a while…

Until he discovers that his one-night stand is none other than the legendary Captain Silver Fox aka his new boss. Oops.

Still, it shouldn’t be an issue because Brantley doesn’t do coworkers and Fox is known for being strict as hell about not dating employees. That should make things easy, if not for that pesky attraction that keeps flaring up whenever they're in the same room. Or on the same ship. What the hell do they have to do to get rid of that?

It's gonna be a long three months...

Captain Silver Fox is a stand alone MM romance with an age gap, yummy steamy scenes, a Caribbean setting on a cruise ship, and a one-night stand that turns into an embarrassing case of falling for the boss. This book was previously published as Shipping the Captain, but the content is unchanged.

I have read a lot of Nora Phoenix’s books and this one sure did not disappoint. The cover caught my eye while I was browsing more books by the author and once I read the synopsis I dove right in. I was not disappointment!!

Captain Silver Fox follows the lives of two cruise lines employees, one the ship captain and the other the ship’s assistant hotel director. They meet and have a very steamy night together and all the while thinking they would never see each other again. But of where were they in for a surprise when it turns out Brantley (the assistant hotel director) is transferred on the ship that just happens to be captained by the silver fox.

Fox the captain is a no nonsense type of person. He strides for perfection and follows the rules. That is until a certain assistant hotel director gets under his skin. Has Brantley finally cracked the silver fox?

Captain Silver Fox was a quick read. Each chapter and ending held my attention and I was ready for more each time. I got really invested with the story and characters that I was even sad when I came to the end of the book. But the ending was perfect for book. Even though everything was all wrapped up I still want more.

Overall Captain Silver Fox was a great book that kept me engaged while reading. I grew up care about the characters and what was happening with the story very quickly. I would recommend this to anyone who loves gay romance is looks for a mini escape and steamy scenes.
